If you have a combi boiler then you should have NO issues with your hot water pressure. If you have a traditional hot water cylinder the pressure will be determined by gravity only. You may need a water booster pump.
0.8 bar pressure on the hot water side usually gives enough water pressure for all valve types (Kitchen Mixer Taps). If your hot water pressure is low, it will result as as low water flow.
Matt black taps, for all their glamour, they need gentle cleaning to avoid scratching their finish. Avoid Harsh Cleaners! Do not use bleach, lemon spray, or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the finish of the tap.
